-Geno Smith is not here today due to the birth of his first child. Davis Webb will be active.
-Shepard, Engram, and King all out..Yes, I am wondering who Eli is throwing the ball to. Eli asked his teammates to wear name tags in the huddle because it is a whole new crew.
What to look for?
It is now being reported by Ralph Vacchiano of SNY that Ereck Flowers might have worn out his welcome with the New York Giants!!
Will this be Eli’s last game of a member of the Giants? I don’t thinks so and Dave Gettlemen, the new GM of the Giants hinted on his return from earlier in the week. “In regards to Eli, the bottom line is I’m an inveterate film watcher. That’s what I do, OK? I haven’t had access to tape and I’m not avoiding the question, but obviously you got to look at the film. You got to see what’s cooking, and listen, Eli has won a lot of games. He’s a great competitor. He’s very intelligent and he and I are going to talk and if what I saw (against) Philadelphia was not a mirage, and I don’t believe it was, then we’ll just keep moving.”
He also addressed the Giants fan base. “I want them to know that we’re going to use every avenue to get this thing fixed. There are some very good players on this team. It’s not crash and burn, it’s not torch the whole place and dump 63 and bring another new 63 in. There’s some darn good players on this team. There’s always hope and I’d like to think that you look at my resume, you think I’ve got a chance. And there’s some great people up in that front office. So, just hang in there with us and we’re going to get it fixed.”

Lots of people around here are saying his days here are done with the redskins. People feel he will end up with the Jets or Denver.
