TNA has made some big moves in recent memory. Before jumping on board with AMC as their broadcast partner, the wrestling promotion got a great partnership with iHeartMedia. Add some interesting wrestlers and storylines to the mix and you have a brand on the brink of a renaissance.

With the promotion making big moves, it’s only fair to look at the television deal. Since launching on January 15, 2026, Thursday Night iMPACT! has captivated audiences and given solid alternatives to programs from WWE and AEW.

With that, how has Thursday Night iMPACT! done in the ratings realm? Has it provided solid returns for TNA, or has it been an absolute flop? It’s time to whip out those calculators and pens because some numbers need to be crunched.

How has Thursday Night iMPACT! done with AMC as its broadcast partner?

TNA has actually seen some growth from its Thursday Night iMPACT! program being on AMC. Looking at March 12’s episode, fans saw a 7% increase from four weeks prior, according to Wrestlenomics. Not only that, but the episode had 4% growth from the prior week, indicating that things are looking up.

That’s great news, considering that fans had some criticisms of the first show. That included poor production quality and a lack of content. A complete turnaround shows what the program is capable of when given the chance.

Imagine having a fuzzy camera on the night that had TNA legend AJ Styles return to his former stomping grounds. Imagine that happening when you have Mike Santana main-eventing the show, too. Normally, that derails regular promotions. But not TNA in this case. All of that culminating in a 0.04 rating from the 18-49 demographic!

Overall, it’s been a steady flow of viewers for TNA. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, considering that the wrestling promotion has made bigger moves afterwards. Keep a close eye on the ratings with moves like iHeartMedia coming into the fold and watch it grow.
