Game 60, March 12, 2025

New York Knicks at Portland Trail Blazers

Final Score: NYK 114 – POR 113

Following Monday night’s blowout in Sacramento, the Knicks were pushed to the limit in Portland, needing overtime to win it. Mikal Bridges was the storyline for New York in their wild overtime win. With just 3.4 seconds left to play, Bridges drilled a 25-foot three-pointer to seal the win while also capping off a 33-point performance. OG Anunoby added 23 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 21 points, including two crucial three-pointers in regulation. Seeing New York stepping up for their injured star player is good. Hopefully, with this win, New York can build up a winning streak in the upcoming run. It won’t be easy in their next game, though. The Knicks will have to travel to Golden State to wrap up their five-game road trip. The Warriors have been playing winning basketball in their last couple of games.
