Potential Spring Training at Yankee Stadium

On June 20th, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that the Yankees can begin their Spring Training at their home ballpark when ready. Usually, the Yankees have their Spring Training in Florida, but since several players and MLB personnel tested positive for COVID-19, these Spring Training facilities in Florida and Arizona have been shut down indefinitely. Although the MLB season is still being sorted out, if the players and owners can agree to a deal, Spring Training will resume. Thus, it is nice to know that the Yankees have another option to get ready for the regular season back in the Bronx.
