For Matt Hardy, it was the infamous feud with Edge that involved Lita. For Jeff Hardy, it was CM Punk and the battle of a free spirit vs. a straight-edge wrestler. Broken Matt Hardy and Brother Nero
If there was ever a character who captured the zeitgeist of the pro wrestling world, it was “Broken” Matt Hardy. The persona established a deranged, yet “Woken” version of the mid-card legend, showing his delusion for everyone to see.

However, the brothers raised the bar for the brand, establishing themselves as certified heavyweights.
Of course, there’s also the sustained success in WWE, where the brothers have won numerous championships.
